A phone call with HR to start the interview process. It was followed by another 1 hour HR interview, an online QA test, and a technical interview if you manage to pass the QA test. But this company is known for ghosting, and wouldn't bother replying to you if you are not someone they are willing to hire. I know many people including myself, who went all the way to the final interview and spent hours of our time for the interviews and online test. We at least deserve a one-liner reply mentioning that we were not selected. But the HR/technical team never bothered to reply to us. Goes on to show you the level of professionalism they will show in their day-to-day activities. Very disappointed.
