Based on my interview experience for an Account Manager role, I cannot recommend Solera as an employer. I was initially excited about the opportunity and moved quickly to schedule time with the internal recruiter, only to be completely ghosted for the call with no explanation or follow-up. This lack of basic professional courtesy raised concerns about how the company values candidates and, by extension, its employees.
On top of that, the scheduling/appointment application I was asked to use was primarily in Spanish, despite this being a US-based role and all prior communication being in English. That created unnecessary confusion and signaled a lack of attention to the candidate experience and localization for the market they’re hiring in. When I combine my own experience with the many negative reviews already out there about Solera’s culture and operations, it paints a consistent picture: disorganized processes, poor communication, and low regard for people’s time. At this point, I would strongly caution other candidates to do their homework and seriously consider whether this is the kind of organization they want to invest their energy in.
