C++ questions after regular meet and greet. Nice group of people but can get intimidating if you don't answer what their company does correctly. They will send email if hire and will ignore you if no hire.

I applied online by an email given on their website. There was a follow up email that I received. Then a recruiter of the company contacted me and asked if I would be interested in an in-person interview. I went in formal attire and the interview consisted of specific questions mainly regarding my past experience and ways I would help the company and be an asset to the team.

Referred by employee. It took one week and I received a on site interview. After a week I got the offer. It is a startup company and the boss interviewed me by himself.
