I saw the ad on indeed and applied for the RPA Engineer role. It took nearly two weeks before they got back to me. The video interview with the in-house recruiter was scheduled but I couldn’t attend because I had an impromptu meeting at work so I sent an email asking for our meeting to be rescheduled. The recruiter replied almost after a week, which was disappointing as I had to send a reminder again. The recruiter finally agreed and scheduled an interview.
The interview was done via Google Meet/Hangout and it was 26 mins long. My understanding of the role was completely different from what the role was. The recruiter was kind enough to explain the role but I just had to hide my disappointment.
The recruiter mentioned if I was successful with the video interview, I would be sent a task to complete and i should expect this reply at the end of the month. Overall, it was an ok experience. I just had the call so I can’t tell if I would be offered the job or not.
