I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Softomotive
Interview
I've never had to write a review like this but I don't want others to be mislead; hope this helps.
Setup via a recruiting firm and then video interview with the VP Sales, North America
Luckily I remembered I had a colleague that had worked for Softomotive and spoke with them just before the video interview. This colleague mentioned a slew of issues that seem to be crippling this organization (delayed commissions payout, drastically lowering product price and not adjusting quotas, free-for-all account dispersion, shady accounting practices, leadership distrust, etc.)
Then during the informal video interview, the VP of Sales basically confirmed all of the above and he had only been there a few months. AND THEN, I discover the VP of Sales was let go shortly after.
I'd steer clear of this organization until there are leadership changes.

Question 1
Why would you leave your current job? I assume you're making good money, getting leads, and don't have much of an uphill battle; what I'm saying is that this job will be very high risk, but could possibly be high reward.
