Sofico Services interview questions

I applied for the position on LinkedIn, then HR screening and a teams call with Team Lead and manager. They asked mostly technical question and some strenght based questions. I never heard back from them. I got plenty of talk about the company as its pretty small UK to attract me but never even email about interview.
