Took around 1-2 months from submitting the application to getting the offer. Took the time to understand their candidates, and was an overall efficient in recruiting process: around 3-4 interviews with a writing sample submitted with the application

Good, Friendly conversation. testing experience and what sort of work ive done. Friendly interviewers. Starts with Recruiter interview, then peer interview and then your team lead. I found them good. it was a mix between behavorial and technical. Nothing extremely challenging
There are multiple behavioral interviews. They will ask you questions to get to know you. The last interview is a case study that requires a lot of effort and has a short submission time.
