Very well structured interview process and quite respectful for the candidate. They make sure you are a good fit and that is why it is a bit long, but definitely worth it!
I've been through the following process:
- screening interview with Recruiter
- technical test
- Interview with 2 Socialpointers who have the same role you're applying to
- 1 week to analyse a business case and present to hiring manager and product manager
- 1 final interview with 2 product managers + HR
The process might look long, but feedback from interviews were super fast, and usually on the same day they would let me know I've been to the next step.

Question 1
Which metrics you would analyse to a game it's about to launch?
I would say it was a standard interview process, same as what you would expect in a professional role.
I applied to the role > spoke to someone from HR > had a two part analytics test (general knowledge and a presentation) > discussed the presentation with the hiring manager and another analyst.
After this stage, normally they would invite you in the office to show you around, meet the team and have another series of almost informal interviews with various stakeholders you would work with. For me this happened online due to the lockdown, but it went seamlessly and had no issues. (I haven't seen this additional step before, but then I only had 2 roles prior to this.)
Following this, the role was offered to me.

Question 1
It was all the usual things - talk about your previous experiences, how they would be relevant to the current role, what your strengths and weaknesses are, how your friends would describe you, what kind of games you play (mobile and/or video).
Then when discussing the presentation, I got a lot of industry-specific questions - I couldn't answer all of them as I had no prior knowledge about the mobile games industry, but I think they just wanted to see how I think and what kind of educated guesses I would make.
