Impersonal and disappointing interview process
You apply through what feels like a Google Form that includes scenario questions. This part was fine because it showed me that I could do the daily tasks. Next step is a one-way video interview where you record answers to a few prompts. The whole process moved so quickly that it did not feel like anyone reviewed my resume or the videos I submitted. Communication and feedback were minimal.
It felt less like a hiring process and more like submitting homework to an automated grader. I was curious about the company at first, then I was glad to be turned down. If recruiting is this impersonal, working there might be too.
