Interview
The interview process was smooth and very educational. They had me first do a phone interview, then I was invited in to meet with the CEO. Finally we had one further interview with the CEO & 2 other fellow-team members whom I would be working with. Finally they contacted 3 of my references and I was offered a job!

Interview
They said that they were interviewing 1000 people within a few days. Very quick 5 minute question. Barely got anytime to talk about myself or make an impression - if I knew the interview was going to be so short, I would have made sure my 'tell me about yourself' was not as short.
