I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Slalom (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2015
Interview
It was short and to the point, every one was very welcoming and professional. It started with a meeting the hiring manager first for a 1:1 screening. followed by several short interviews ( 30 min each) with different team members and other managers. during the interview they allow for time to ask question so you get a chance to interview them as well

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Denver, CO) in Dec 2021
Interview
The process was easily the quickest one I've been through in the software industry. There was a phone screening, a round of interviews with two people I'd be working with, and a case study interview that I was given information to prepare for ahead of time. The whole process took about a month from first contact to start date.
