Strung me along for 2 interviews, (one with the caller half paying attention while they were driving, asking me random tech trivia questions) gave hours of my time, then was ghosted. They don’t even have the decency to send me a rejection email. Surprised that recruiters think that this is acceptable and ok.

The recruiters were great. However, in my opinion, the tech screeners lost all interest once they saw that I am over 40. Additionally, the tech screening case was sent to me 20 minutes before the interview. To be fair, they might have been trying to gauge how well I can think on my toes, but I found that to be unusual.
