I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The recruiter reached out to do an initial screening. Everyone was VERY nice. 3 interviews total, normally scheduled on the same day.
Behavioral based 'tell me about a time'. After you answer, they will dig deeper for evidence, etc.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Q: Share a time you've been on a project that was in trouble. What happened? What did you do?
Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom in Oct 2024
Interview
Four separate 30 minute interviews. Each with a different individual. Each interview was supposed to be focused on one thing like culture or technical skills, but in reality the interviewers did what they wanted.

Interview
Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
