I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in May 2019
Interview
The interview was amazingly fast. The entire process was set up and completed within a week of a brief introductory LinkedIn conversation due to my time constraints. I had another offer on the table which I was considering but when my recruiter from Slalom reached out to me she was able to put together a phone screening the next day and then a series of phone interviews for the business day after, two days later I had an offer.

Question 1
When you have been in a place where you did not know enough to complete a task how did you overcome this and what resources did you leverage?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Slalom in May 2022
Interview
The recruiters were great. However, in my opinion, the tech screeners lost all interest once they saw that I am over 40. Additionally, the tech screening case was sent to me 20 minutes before the interview. To be fair, they might have been trying to gauge how well I can think on my toes, but I found that to be unusual.

Interview
I had a great interview process! Recruiter was very responsive and the people I interviewed with were awesome. I was told I got positive feedback from the interviewers but they aren’t hiring for the position until the find a director for the team. I feel like it was a way to tell me they aren’t interested.

More of behavioral questions and asking about experience.
