Very conversational and discussion based. Contacted by recruiter and they let me drive the level of engagement. The process was thoughtful and vetting - they care a lot about culture fit. I enjoyed meeting everyone and having meaningful discussions.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
