After the recruiter screening they will determine your eligibility to next step, I strongly suggest Slalom to stick to whatever responsibility and qualification they post on their website, you never get questions posted under the responsibility on the particular position which looks very simple, but you will get all questions out of that scope, not single word mentions about Windows 8,10, active directory, etc under the job descriptions which is very dishonest and misleading.. and they also expect you to know everything while doing the technical screening.
