The interview process involved three behavioral interviews and one panel case study interview. Everyone was very nice and professional, and I actually found the process fun...everyone I met was so interesting! I received an offer a couple of days after the case study and was asked to start the following week.

This was my first case study interview, so I was a bit nervous, but I felt the team was encouraging. I would definitely recommend preparing for the case study ahead of time...there are numerous resources online.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
