Interview
There were many levels of interviews including an initial one with the recruiting manager and then a panel interview with potential co-workers and your potential supervisor. They also include a writing assessment that you complete during the panel interview.

They asked a lot about working in a team setting and your work style.
Awesome process, one HM screen and then three interviews with the team. It was a total of almost 3.5 hours and everyone was super sweet. The process was quick and make sure to ask lots of good questions.
