Technical test followed by normal interviews. Many people to talk to to guarantee the person is good cultural fit. This is very nice you get to know many people and you're sure got get into the right team. Probably the best part of all the process.

Just an average tech interview. But the y expecting you to fit culture so much that they even do not care about your platform specific knowledge at all. You may be the worse iOS engineer in the world, they does not care if you can solve few easy algorithm problems and speak on cultural bullstuff.
