The structure of the interview was a group of approx 14 people. We had the opportunity to perform a task in two groups, which was exhilarating and fun; definitely a new experience for most of us! The ‘Skewbers’ were friendly, supportive and informative. The next stage was an individual assessment that included drafting a customer email, filling in an enquiry summary form and leaving a dummy voicemail. After that we had a presentation about the company and their ethos. It seems like a great place to work. I really hope I get the job, it was a fantastic experience and more interviews should be considered for this format in my view!
