I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted by the HR girl, Taylor, same day. I had a quick phone screen with Taylor the next week followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager followed by an in-person/Skype interview hybrid the following week which entailed meeting two individuals in the Indy office in-person, then a Skype portion with the hiring manager and his boss, then a Skype portion with both of the HR employees. Overall I found the NH team to be very prompt and positive throughout the interview process. My only hangup with the company was with the Indianapolis office, which is where I would have been working. I felt very uncomfortable in their office and the two individuals I was interviewing with did not seem prepared whatsoever to meet with me (weren't even there to greet me when I arrived, didn't have questions prepared, weren't very welcoming in general, etc.). The Indy office seems to be an afterthought -- there's been no personality inserted into the office space, very old and mismatched furniture, makeshift cubicles, and it was completely silent. I know it's a small office but I felt like there was very little interaction between employees and I couldn't picture myself sitting in that space for 8+ hours a day. Overall the offer I received was a good one. PTO offered was weirdly low, but I would have negotiated that if I were to take the position.
