I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (London, England) in Apr 2015
Interview
telephone interview followed by face to face panel interview. Finally a one to one interview with a small group of people. They all reasonable questions and easy to conclude. In the end they want to find good people to work with. It is all up to you to prove that you are the best candidate for the job. Just be relaxed and try to manage the process in a peacefull way

Question 1
How i would migrate a well established software product from siemens to a SaaS solution
Extreme lack of consideration for the candidate experience.
The job application process takes 2 hours to fill in. Many irrelevant or repeating questions. E.g. what is your date of birth? It has nothing to do with a candidate's ability to do the job.
2-3 days later, a generic rejection message.
