I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Sept 2014

Interview

Phone interview, then face to face interview with the hiring manager followed by several psychometric tests. Finally had an feedback interview with the hiring manager and a HR person. They analyzed my answers to the psychometric tests. I really waited a while between each steps so the interview process was quite long and stressful.
