Interview
Siemens recruiter did a telephonic screening before shortlisting for 1:1 interview.
One month after telephonic screening, face to face interview was scheduled by recruiter with Siemens Logistics department heads.
Confirmation call of selection was received a month after face to face interview.
Within the same week HR manager sent offer letter and salary breakup with date of joining.
