Straightforward phone call with the hiring manager, asked about any previous service experience, mostly felt like a conversation to get a feel for personality/fit. Went over day-to-day responsibilities. Positive and refreshing experience overall.

Basic run down of experience in golf, why I would like experience and could preform the job. Then they took about a week checking my resume and reference. Got a call back to start training. Training is paid and lots of fun. You pretty much get a tour of all of Shorelodges facilities. My interviewer was the Head Pro.
