I interviewed for the Business Development Representative position in the Midmarket team, and I had a very positive experience throughout the process. The interview process consisted of three main stages. The first was an initial conversation with a recruiter. The second stage provided a valuable opportunity to shadow a current BDR, which gave me clear insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. Finally, I interviewed with two managers who were both extremely informative, providing a detailed overview of the company culture, the team's objectives, and what it would be like to work at ShipBob. They emphasized the company’s mission and values, which helped me determine that ShipBob’s goals align well with my own. The interview process was thorough and educational, and it played a key role in my decision to pursue ShipBob as the next step in my career.

The process was great. Clear line of direction and next steps. Questions were department specific and the team was very engaged. Overall a better interview experience than most companies. Highly recommended so far.
