First you have a phone screen to learn about the position and the company. Then you have the full interview which was remote and about 2 hours long. You meet with 3 managers and the practice lead/vp for about 30 mins each and they ask you basic questions around digital marketing and your experience. If all goes well, expect to hear from them within a week. Come prepared with excitement, passion in digital marketing and plenty of intelligent questions.

Question 1
What are KPIs you find important to the website and how would you use those KPIs to solve business questions?
Meet with multiple members of the team depending on the different stages, overall was a 3 part interview process. Very informative on expectations of the role. Extremely conversational which as nice.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Shift7 Digital (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2020
Interview
I can describe the interview process in one word. "Ghosted."
The Talent Partner reached out to me via a cold call message on LinkedIn. They expressed interest in my background and requested a call to review an opportunity to join their team. I quickly checked the company, and it aligned with my experience, so I agreed to a phone interview.
The interview was scheduled quickly, and I hit it out of the park with the interviewer, and the role was a match. I agreed to move forward with the interview process...this is where the wheels fell off. I followed back up via LinkedIn messager as this was the only way I could reach HR.
No response two weeks later, I assumed it was over, and they moved on to someone else. They came back and apologized that LinkedIn was a technical issue and they were not receiving messages. I expected the apology, and the next step was scheduled. Again I hit it off with the hiring manager; my background aligned. He indicated that he would get his feedback ASAP to HR and get back to me right away... let's just say no word ever.
