Shell Graduate Program - Technical interview questions

1st : Apply online through shell website 2nd : Aptitude Test 3rd : Situation that graduate might face as Shell graduate and numerical test. Numerical test was given time limit 16 min, 18 question. Pretty hard. 4th : Phone interview Question was based on CART criteria. 1. Example when you have set your goals and how you achieve it 2. Example when you have to work with people from different background 3. How you handle pressure 4. Your past achievement, what was the challenge, what did you learn * DONT forget to ask question! For last stage, I've been told that I passed the interview and will be invited for shell recruitment day at Shell House. Still waiting for the invitation.
