Applied online for their Graduate programme in late September and was told I was shortlisted for an interview in October. Only got news of the actual interview more than a month later.
Application, a few online tests and a phone interview.
Phone interview was pretty tough, took about 90 minutes in total.

The AI video interview, was a few pre-recorded questions. I had a limited amount of time to prepare my answers,

Interview
Three-part interview with cognitive assessment, video recording and panel interview. I got to the second stage and am still in progress for the third panel interview according to their website.

Had to play several games online which test your abilities. The games were fairly easy and quick. At the end of the game, they will show your result and analysis
