Interview with 4 people, 2 interviews total Fairly straight forward interview no surprises They did like that I brought samples of my work Conservative company the interview was kept semi formal with a lot of give and take between all players in the room. It does help to know the energy industry and try to know what division before the interview it is a large company with many different operations.
One-to-one interview. The interviewers are friendly and professional, creating a comfortable environment for open dialogue. Encouraging candidates to showcase their skills. Initial Screening: A brief phone call to discuss your background, interests, and fit for the role. Final round: Interview with senior team members or department heads.
the interview process was nice and the interviewers were friendly. they ask me a lot about myself and what I expect from this company. the interview was not stressful at all
Interviews about job skills and about past experiences - done with interviewers who were trained in the interview process and followed a script. Also talked to a recruiter before that who asked basic stuff about background and salary expectations.
