Interview
1. Online competency based questionnaire (45mins). This was split into 2 portions, one based on numerical figures and the other based on decision making.
2. Interview with line manager. For this i had to go down to the office and i had an hour-long interview with the line manager
3. I am currently awaiting Shell's reply so i don't know what the next step is!

The Shell interview process was pretty thorough and definitely gave me a good sense of the company culture.

Interview
Three-part interview with cognitive assessment, video recording and panel interview. I got to the second stage and am still in progress for the third panel interview according to their website.

Had to play several games online which test your abilities. The games were fairly easy and quick. At the end of the game, they will show your result and analysis
