Interview
Behoorlijk pittige sollicitatie procedure. Eerste ronde CV uploaden, tweede ronde cognitieve test, derde ronde on-demand video interview. Ik strandde bij ronde 3. Tijdens dit interview moet je jezelf opnemen terwijl je antwoord geeft op een aantal vragen. Je hebt steeds ongeveer een minuut om je vraag voor te bereiden en dan 3 minuten om je antwoord te presenteren. Het moeilijke aan dit onderdeel is dat je maar 1 kans hebt, dus geen pauze of opnieuw proberen. Daarnaast moet het allemaal in het engels, wat het niet makkelijker maakt. Dit onderdeel voelt onnatuurlijk, ik denk dat een echt interview beter zou gaan.

The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
