The interview process includes 3 steps:
Resume screening
1 round: behavioral interview (why sharetea, why this position, walk me through your resume and portofolio)
2 round: case/situational interview (prepare a marketing campaign for a new product)
The whole process was 2 weeks and the hiring manager was very nice.
