Shanco Contracts interview questions

The interview process was long with a lot of questioning. They keep you on the boil whilst they interview other candidates. I was asked to provide my references which meant contacting my old employers (company owners) explaining and checking they were OK with me providing their details etc. When I got the references over to Shanco they changed their tune and said hold on we have another candidate we are interviewing. They subsequently offered the other candidate a Manager position. Best part they didn't last 6 months. Their recruitment process for professional staff leaves a lot to be desired.
