Interview
The interview process consisted of the following : Prescreen phone interview to review the Job Role. An assessment was sent out to complete. A final remote video interview was conducted, asked typical behavioral questions. Additional assessments, were sent out. After passed all, a final offer was made.

Question 1
How do you handle clients when they want you to work over your allotted contract hours.
After I acknowledged that I was interested, I received nformation along with an ID number to complete an assessment for a contract position in which I completed the same afternoon. Also I was scheduled for a video interview at 2:15pm the following day contingent on passing the assessment. I did not hear back until late that night sharing that my information was inadvertently deleted and I was given another ID to retake the assessment in which I completed the following morning. I sent an email letting them know I completed the assessment, did not hear back. An hour or so before my 2:15 interview I emailed again to confirm the interview with no respone. I decided to sign into the interview since it was not canceled 15 mins before the scheduled time. I waited until a few minutes after 2:15 with no respone. Then I received an email around 2:20ish that I did not pass the assessment therefore the interview was canceled after I rearranged my schedule for this. Then I received a message on my phone from them that my 2:30 appointment wad canceled and apologizing for not letting me know. My appointment was not scheduled for 2:30, but 2:15. This lets me know that you really did not have regard for me as a person, only as a potential contractor and when I did not pass the assessment you had no consideration for my time. I would not want to work for a company to only view people as a commodity so this actually worked out for me.
