I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow
Interview
Fairly standard process. There were a few rounds of interviews with a variety of team members and management. This was an in-person interview and each interviewer came with my resume in hand.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Resume/Application Screening – Review of your qualifications and experience.
Phone/Video Screening – Initial discussion about background, role fit, and availability.
Technical/Functional Interview – Evaluation of job-specific skills and tools knowledge.
Behavioral Interview – Assessment of soft skills using STAR method.
Panel/Final Interview – Meeting with multiple team members to gauge fit and deeper insights.
Reference Checks – Verification of past performance (if applicable).
Job Offer – Formal offer with salary, benefits, and start date.
3 interviews - HR screening, hiring manager (with 3 managers), team coffee. The recruiter was absolutely unprofessional providing me with the wrong time for the interview so I ended up being alone in zoom call, while I took hours off from my current work for the interview. Never replied my questions about what to expect and what I can prepare. After the final interview none of my emails has been replied to. In two weeks I've got a standard reply sent to all candidates about not getting the position. Shame for the company.

Question 1
Bunch of general questions. How do I understand the job. How do I handle stress. Why am I looking for change.
