The HM reached out to me on LinkedIn and we had an initial phone conversation. I enjoyed what I heard, felt we had a good connection, he was energetic and engaged, so I was excited about the role.
I then had two interviews with two other people on the team. One of the interviewers was a no-show, and we had to reschedule. Both interviews were a snoozefest. The interviewers had zero personality, asked me very strange questions as if they didn't know how to have a normal conversation with someone, and I felt like I was talking to robots.
The recruiter ghosted me after the interviews— which is great because I did not like the vibe during the interviews.
