Started with an initial introductory interview with the HR recruiter. The questions were fairly straight forward and were primarily to get to know you. This was the furthest I went in the hiring process.
Interview with HR then a second round interview with the hiring manager. They want to make sure you can do the exact job posted it seems like, so if you have a slightly different background be prepared to connect the dots.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Orchard, ) in Jan 2025

Interview with HR is straight forward.
But interview with the new VP Merchandising newly relocated from US is horrible. Unprofessional. Doesn;t seems to read CV. Don't understand Singapore business environment and people culture.
