Waste of time. The TA ghosted me after my interview with the Hiring Manager for a few weeks after then said they have gone with an Internal Candidate from the group. Found out through LinkedIn that an external candidate got the role. Have the courage to send a rejection email and not waste candidates time. What they project on socials and actual candidate experience is vastly different.
