There was quite a long delay between sending the resume and having an interview set up. When I arrived for the interview, the hiring manager wasn't available, and she couldn't be found for quite a while. Once we finally found each other, the interview went fairly well, though it didn't sound like she knew 100% what she was looking for. Other than that, she had great energy and enthusiasm. I met with two others. One more technical, one more marketing. Both seemed to go well. I waited several weeks to hear anything. It may have been close to a month before I was told that I wasn't chosen for the role.
