2 interviews on-site in Clonmel. 1st round pretty standard types of questions, 2nd round very seemed to be just a repeat of the 1st round, questions felt quite vague and bounced around a lot. I then got a call from HR a few days later asking if I'd be free to speak to one of the directors in 1 hour's time, which I said yes sure. The director called me and started launching into interview questions! This was just bizarre, as HR didn't tell me this would be a part of the interview process, so I had no time to prepare for this impromptu 3rd stage of the process. The director in question asked very vague questions to which it was difficult to give specific examples. Overall felt like a lot of wasted time, I assume I was just in the process to 'make up the numbers'.
