I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Sensyne Health (Oxford, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
Ghosted halfway through due to company financial troubles. Unprofessional and dishonest handling of the situation. The recruiter I worked with was fabulous but the company and process gave off numerous red flags.

Question 1
Initial interview for screening, chat with team lead, task, then more interviews. Process was halted as half of the company made redundant.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sensyne Health in Jan 2022
Interview
Screening interview with talent team, "brief chat" with team lead, take home task then another 2 stages that were never arranged due to financial difficulties that were not communicated upfront at the start of the process, despite being told that I performed exceptionally well in the first stages and task.

Question 1
Past experience and technical ability, what I'm looking for from my role - standard interview stuff early on.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sensyne Health in Sept 2021
Interview
The HR lady was really nice and friendly at the beginning, everything went well and very fast initially: first interview, coding problem, and technical interview with the team. She told me to get in touch with her right after the technical interview to let her know how it went.
I was then suddenly ghosted for weeks and had to directly contact the technical team with her on CC to get any response about my status.
The status? I was great, passed the technical challenge comfortably, the technical team said I was competent and liked me but they were not moving on (???) I asked for more detailed feedback about the reasons for my rejection (none given) or to do better next time and I am still waiting for an answer.
Sarcastically enough, I discussed during the interview how many companies keep using coding assignments to actually get solutions from competent candidates for free, to never get back in touch with them. Well, turns out this company is another one of them.
What hurts me the most is how I realized the HR lady who seemed really nice and supportive was completely fake and does not care at all about the candidates. Aside from a total lack of respect towards serious professionals and their valuable time, collecting solutions from them for free.
Glad I was not selected in the end.
