I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sendero (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2022
Interview
1. Short answer form with a few interest questions 2. 2 hour long behavioral interviews 3. Case and more behavioral- case very easy and straight forward, nothing like big 4 or MBB everyone very nice and low pressure
The interview process for Sendero at an associate level was very straightforward and simple. There were 2 back to back meetings that were behavioral and then a case in person at their HQ.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Sendero (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2025
Interview
Started with a brief screening call, and then did a 1 hour virtual behavioral interview with one manager. She asked about 5-6 behavioral questions. Then, I was asked to come in person for another behavioral interview. It was the same format as the virtual interview, and some of the questions were the same. I did not have a case study in any of my interviews. Make sure to be conversational. They want good answers, but they really want to know you are a culture fit. Make sure to start by genuinely trying to get to know your interviewer and answer your questions honestly and with the STAR structure. It's really straightforward and they want you to succeed.
