The entire process has been shoddy, with little or no communication.
Even now; almost 3 months since my original application, I've not heard anything.
I applied online on 11th January 2019 and this was followed by a telephone interview on 29th January with HR based in London.
After a few days; I was asked to attend an interview at their Tel Aviv office with the 2 of their VP’s. attended this interview, on 31st January, which lasted over an hour and went well. This was in February. One of the VP’s wasn’t at the interview. I was told I would hear something, either a follow up interview or not, within a week.
On the 6th Feb, I received an email from HR confirming that I’d passed to the next round in the process. They sent me a writing/content assignment; and gave me 2 days to do it. I submitted it on the 8th Feb. To date, I’ve received no feedback on the assignment; which took me over 2 hours.
I chased HR by email on the 17th Feb asking for an update.
On the 20th Feb, I received an email from the VP that wasn’t at the original meeting; and an interview was scheduled for 7th March.
I went to the interview not he 7th March, which went well I thought, and I was told I would hear something within a week or 2.
That was almost a month ago, and I’ve heard nothing.
Today, 2nd April, I’ve seen both a new post on Facebook and their website re-listing this position. So I’ve sent them an email confirming my wish to withdraw my application.
