Phone call from recruiter, simple interviewed with potential supervisor, then 2nd interview with supervisor and manager. Basic questions about self and work history , not the typical behavioral style. Heard back within a week.
Panel Interview with all the normal interview questions. Had three people interviewing me, each taking a different question and writing down responses. It seemed like normal interview and I was able to answer each question with confidence. They then did a background check and made an offer. You should always negotiate the salary though as they are able to go higher than their first offer.

It was a normal interview with manager and supervisor. The interview went well. It was not intimidating. They asked normal interview questions, nothing tricky. They get back to you with a decision quickly.
