I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Riverside, CA)
Interview
I applied on a Thursday afternoon, I was contacted the following Monday and set up an interview for that Friday. I was asked to complete 2 tests beforehand and fill out another application. The interview went fairly quick and the two people that interviewed me were great. I was contacted by ADP (the company they use to do background checks) a few days later to complete my background check and finally 2 weeks later I was contact by a recruiter at another location to offer me the job. Since I am currently employed, I wasn't exactly prepared to give my 2 weeks at my current job so I asked her if I was able to give her a call back and she agreed. I called her back the next day and left a message asking if I could speak to her about start time and whether or not the wage was negotiable...i never got a call back. I called again after the weekend, left a message and never got a call back. Unfortunately, I had to decline the offer anyway since they were offering too low from what my current wage was.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Pasadena, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was effortlessly nice easy going did not feel like an interview more like a conversation between two people. Felt comfortable to be able to express my skills and knowledge from my past and pervious jobs.
