I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Hunt Valley, MD) in Oct 2016
Interview
I submitted my application online (or perhaps it was just a resume submission) and received an email about scheduling a phone interview about a week or so later. Was then asked to come in for an in person interview which we scheduled for a few days later. There were 2 people who conducted the interview. They spent some time telling me about the importance of the position I was being interviewed for. We discussed some of my previous experience (which has nothing to do with insurance). Asking about my previous experience was the only question really asked. We chatted for about 15-20 minutes and the interview was over. I actually didn't think I did well because the interview was so short and because they didn't really ask me a lot of questions.
A couple of days after the in person interview, I receive a voicemail from someone in their Texas office asking my to do the application. I was a little confused because I thought I had already done one online (but it is possible that it was just a resume submission and this was the formal application). Also, since I didn't think the interview went well, I couldn't imagine why they wanted me to fill out anything. After doing the online application, I was asked to do a personality type assessment. This took me maybe a half hour to complete. About a day or so after that, I received a call from another person from their Texas office making me an offer.
I gave the "interview difficulty" question an easy. The interview itself wasn't hard, but I certainly didn't leave with the feeling that I had excelled, and for that reason, could have given it a more difficult rating.

Question 1
The only question asked was about my previous experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Ontario, CA) in Sept 2022
Interview
Great. Clean Office. Friendly vibe. Straight and to the point reviewed my resume and went over some questions. Let it open for me to ask questions. At the end of the interview process they have you take a basic assignment test and the end of the test is an essay part. Make sure you use 100 words minimum.

What was one thing I wanted to gain from working with them
The interview process was quick, simple, painless and to the point. I was sent an email to set up a day and time for a video interview. I got that scheduled, and few days later I had my interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2018
Interview
Very easy, basic interview questions. They really want to get a sense of your career goals and personality. Spent time talking about job role and expectations and the rest was going over my resume and talking about my work experience.
