- Firstly, I attended an IQ Exam. It wasn't that difficult but it was long
- After one week, they called me for the Technical Interview. It was very professional
- After two or three days, they called me for the Offer Interview. and gave me the offer

You have to pass an IQ test first to be qualified for the interview.
Firstly, the HR interview you and ask to talk about yourself, then you have a technical interview with your future manager.
