We are especially disappointed to hear that you felt this way after interviewing with our team as this feedback is very misaligned to our culture. We have a richly diverse team as we truly value diversity in thought, experience, race, gender, class, age, etc. and want all that meet with and work with us to feel welcome and supported.
We know our interview process is tough and we do value candidates doing practical demonstrations of their skills which can be demanding at times.
