Interview
1. Phone Interview, better yet a screening with the recruiter to go over work experience, and expectations of the company
2. Within two-three weeks received an email to interview for the particular site with just the location name,
3. Interview was great, but that's where I learned about the pay and the job requirements. The job was way below the minimum which I required on my initial application. There wasn't any room to negotiate, however, you do receive a $2.00 pay increase within a year of employment.

The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company

Easy and simple interview process. Found out very soon as well. Manager was good at the time. Not bad at all. Took a month from start to finish . Vetting was easy
